Seller note:

Island Gypsy is not your standard Morgan 41 Classic. She has been upgraded and prepared for cruising with extras such as stainless steel arch for wind generator and three solar panels, davits, custom hard dodger, full enclosure, custom storage and more. The Morgan 41 Classic is not to be confused with the original design, the Out Isaand 41. The Classic has a much improved underbody with a modified fin and a skeg hung rudder and she sails quite well. Island Gypsy has been home to the current owner and has had constant attention and maintenance. The prior owner installed the arch and davits and many custom cabinets making her more suitable for liveaboard or extended cruising.

Starting forward is the guest stateroom with a large V berth with storage in drawers, hanging locker and shelves with additional storage under the berth. Next aft is the guest head. Next aft is the main salon with a straight settee to port and an L shaped settee to starboard. The original bulkhead mounted table is in place and is used for making the settee into a double berth. A custom drop leaf table has been built in which includes additional storage in the center of the table. Next aft to port is the dedicated nav desk with the galley across. In the walkthrough a chart locker has been added which should hold enough charts to cruise the world. The owner's stateroom is aft with a large double berth with considerable storage. Deck
This Morgan 41 is like no other above decks. The prior owner had a custom hard dodger built which sets this boat apart. The dodger is complete with two large opening hatches installed in the front of the dodger and sliding windows on the side. The entire cockpit can be enclosed creating another living area when at the dock. A bimini attaches to the back of the dodger with side curtains to complete the enclosure. The stainless steel arch is custom and includes the davits and mounts for the wind generator and the solar panels. The stern pulpit carries the solid stainless rail forward to the boarding gate and also includes double lifelines for extra security.
