Seller note:

It is rare these days to find a boat that is capable of cruising long distances for under $50K. The Bill Shaw designed Pearson 365 "Coniption" is one such boat. She has recent sails lightly used, radar, autopilot, GPS, generator and air conditioning plus much more. Please see the full specs for a complete list of her equipment.

Accommodations
The Pearson 365 is a very capable boat with a very comfortable and workable interior designed with the cruiser in mind. Forward is a large V-berth with storage followed by the head aft to starboard with a seperate shower. Next aft is the main salon with two straight settees that convert to berths with storage outboard behind the settees and above on shelves. There is a bulkhead mounted fold up table on the forward bulkhead. Aft to port is the galley and across is the navigation station with a very large chart table big enough to spread out a chart. Pearson eliminated the quarterberth in this design to provide additional storage in the cockpit lockers.

Electrical
Unique among most all of the Pearson 365's on the market, or for that matter, most all cruising sailboats in this size range, Conniption has a 5 KW generator to run all 110 volt systems on the boat away from the dock. This generator has only 139 hours which is hardly broken in and will easily handle the air conditioning for those hot and muggy nights on the hook.
